JERRY KRAUSE: (Bass & Vocals)
Small town, home grown, Jerry hails from Mishicot, Wisconsin. Jerry started music a 7 years of age with a “Lawrence Welk” accordion. Accomplished on the sax and guitar, Jerry plays bass guitar with Out*A*Time. Jerry has backed up professional acts like Brownsville Station, Box Car Willie, The Buckinghams and has played locally with Dr. Bombay, The Rod Scheuer Group, Holiday, Blind Ambition and with Heart-A-Rama. Besides playing music, Jerry is a master carpenter and builder and once taught karate. His diversity definitely adds a kick to Out*A*Time.
TIM O”CONNOR: (Keyboards and Vocals) With a little push from some of his high school buddies Tim decided to join a band, now some 30 years later he is still at it and loves performing. Tim brings a wealth of stage experience to Out A Time. He has been involved with numerous bands including Voyageur, Heartline, The Rod Scheuer Group, Spin, The Jenirators and several others. Over the years Tim has shown his versatility in the business, covering the musical gamut from opera, funk, to 80s hair metal. Also a veteran of Summerfest, Tim has been part of the opening show for numerous national acts. When not rockin’ out, Tim can be found in the Laboratory mixing up chemicals. With so much experience, Tim provides the essential mix: that “wall of sound” that is distinctively Out*A*Time.
KEVIN VAN ESS: (Sax, Trumpet, Clarinet, Keyboards, Percussion & Zaniness)
After receiving his master’s degree in music, Kevin became a music instructor for the Green Bay Public Schools. Having played with such superstars as Bob Hope, Rich Little and Jerry Lewis, Kevin brings much professionalism to the stage. With saxophone being his featured instrument, Kevin also plays trumpet, clarinet and percussion during the show. Besides his musical talents Kevin brings high energy and a light-hearted atmosphere to the stage. Anything can and does happen with YES-YES-Mr. Van Ess!
TOM BIEBERITZ: (Guitar & Vocals) Tom has played guitar for over 25 years. A native of Valders, Wisconsin, his experiences are wide and well traveled, having played at the Orange Bowl, NFL games and back up for Jan and Dean. Tom’s roots are with the popular Crossroads band from Manitowoc County. Tom brings excitement to the Out*A*Time stage with his killer guitar playing, rockin’ out on everything from Motown to Metal.
MATT BAYENS: (Drums, Percussion and Vocals)
Hailing from "Bratwurstville" -Sheboygan, Wisconsin, “Binzer” brings over 25 years of rock and roll percussion experience to Out*A*Time. He provides the backbone for a killer rhythm section that make Out*A*Time happen. Matt has played the local scene with such favorites as Bacchus Lotus, Zoran, Dr. Bombay, Holiday and The Rod Scheuer Group. Matt has also performed with local symphonies. From “Bach to Rock” he sets the pace for Out*A*Time.
BIFF HANSEN: (Lead and Background Vocals,Trumpet & Percussion)
With backgrounds in politics and education Biff sings for relaxation. The pure enjoyment of music is evident in his amazing stage presence, and is fuel for the passion he brings to “lead” Out*A*Time. Involved in many local bands over the years his career started as a dare by his high school buddies - (thanks guys). Growing up with the Beach Boys and Beethoven, Biff developed a variety of vocal styles. This diversity is brought out every time he takes the stage no matter what the venue. He is the true “Entertainer” of Out*A*Time.
